BYI is accepting proposals for youth-driven projects.
As part of our commitment to helping young people do things they care about, we’re offering funding and assistance for projects that help youth develop leadership, job, and life skills while performing meaningful service to their community.
Youth groups, school clubs, individuals or informal groups with ideas and initiative are encouraged to apply.
BYI's history of mentoring youth projects includes the development of a skate park, a teen center, a youth-produced radio program, several art and music-related festivals, concerts and dances, and the creation of BOB, the Bozone Ozone Bus, a mobile educational greenhouse made from a converted school bus.
The next big - or just really cool - idea is out there right now in some young person's head. We want to help them make it happen.
